Do you ever have a hard time getting motivated? Even when it’s something your passionate about, and really Love to do, sometimes it’s just tough to get going.
Take 3 minutes and watch this video to use a tip that I use…It seems to work everytime!!!
I would love to know how you get over the hump to stay motivated
Good stuff, brother! You know I’ve been there as well. It’s always best to pause and re-juice so we can plug back in with that motivation we need to make things happen.

Excellent, Randell. I listen to positive message or read positive books every single morning and it’s like a shot of adrenaline! It wakes me up and gets me going.
Even more, running with NO headphones (no music, no audio courses, etc.) is even better for me. I get into a rhythm and just let my mind go. My best ideas usually come from these times.
Kent, You are so right, the way we start our morning has such an impact on how effective and intentional we’ll be about our entire day.
Thanks!
