The Change Your Story Coaching Program

Let me start by stating my Personal Mission Statement: “To Please My Creator, And Reflect His Love, By Building Authentic, Caring Relationships With Others, That Inspire Them To Discover And Live Their Best Life”.  If that sounds like a coach you may like to work with, please read on.

Hello my name is “Randell Mark” Olson, I am the Founder of The Intentional Legacy Group, LLC., and I know that coaching works, because coaching changed my life, and it’s become my passion to help others discover and live the life they were created to live.

You see, I have always enjoyed Life, but often found myself frustrated with Living.  Let me try to explain what I mean by that.  I am a generally pretty happy person, but it seemed that no matter what I was doing vocationally, I always felt like I should be doing something else.  There was always something perking down inside me that kept me anxious for whatever was next in my life.  When I finally realized the feeling inside me was their for a reason, I  got serious about understanding Who I was, and Why I was on this earth.

What an awesome ride it has been ever since, and continues to be.  I hired a “Life and Career Coach”, took control of my life, and began being Intentional about my Legacy.  Now I live with purpose everyday, and I look forward to getting to know the people God brings into my life.

Now the message that’s perking inside me says… it is not an Option to Discover Who we are, and Why we’re here, but it’s our  Obligation, and we will wrestle with this issue, until we do.  I personally believe my “Life and Career Coaching” process is a great place to start.
