Awesome Randell!

I am inspired just reading what you wrote, and can totally relate to what you shared regarding the past 12 months.

Although I don’t have a struggling business to contend with, it was evident to me change was needed in my life. That is why I moved forward to hire my wonderful coach Rob Clinton. Coupled with my “intentional” desire to see new fruit in my life, Rob’s ability to bring out the best in me and his tremendous support, I too am moving to new heights.

Thrilled to see this new venture for you. One of my favorite songs is called “Firework” and it has a couple of lines that seem fitting to share with your post.

You just gotta ignite the light and let it shine
Just own the night like the 4th of July

Great to hear from you…it sounds to me like you’ve already taken at least the first step to action, Congratulations.
Joining FAA is probably the best thing you could do to get going in the right direction.

Randell, first time I’ve read your blog. I not only appreciate what you say, I think our paths are fairly similar.

In just the last two months I have also draw the proverbial line in the sand. I’m tired of dreaming of starting a business and not acting. I’ve always been a firm believer in continuous learning, but I’ve taken specific steps to move me towards my goal of becoming an entrepreneur (joined Free Agent Academy). I’m not very far along in the action area, but I am in the process of starting a blog covering mentoring, something I’ve been passionate about for a while.

Thanks for your insights and allowing us to look in on your journey. Very inspiring.

Randell, great post brother! 12 months is plenty of time to do a complete turn around from living by circumstances. I call it the 180 degree shift. All it takes is having a vision, and being intentional about going after that vision, and that is exactly what you’ve done. Keep spreading truth and greatness!
